Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that delivery times and customs processing may vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery Delays:
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Returns
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at briannaorganicshelpdesk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order is shipped and tracking is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance with lost packages.
